Does anyone out there know what to do about discrepancies in things to do with the law? (My son's ex got a restraining order on him and in the paperwork she lied about everything she said he did) He didn't do any of the things that she is accusing him of. Yes, I do know this. I'm not sticking up for him because he is my son. I have proof in texts on my cell phone and many other "proofs". If anyone knows how to go about proving to the judge that this restraining order should not have been issued because it was based on lies, please let me know. I'd really appreciate it. Thank you! :)
